Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Smart Schedule Pro application and related services (the "Service"), provided by Smart Schedule Pro ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Smart Schedule Pro is a scheduling application for independent professionals. It helps you manage in-person appointments, contacts, addresses, notes, conflict detection, and travel between locations. Optionally, you may connect your own Google Calendar to import and synchronize your calendar events inside Smart Schedule Pro.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 3. Google Calendar Integration

The Service allows you to connect your own Google Calendar account via Google OAuth. When you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Smart Schedule Pro to access your calendar list and event data from your Google Account solely to import, display, and synchronize your events inside the Service. You may disconnect this integration at any time from the Settings page in the Service, or by revoking access at Google Account permissions.

We use Google user data only to provide features of Smart Schedule Pro. We do not sell Google user data and we do not use it for advertising. Our handling of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent security of the Service.
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Smart Schedule Pro (such as contacts, appointments, and notes). You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate the Service for you.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may be offered on a paid basis. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees. Trials, renewals, and cancellations are described inside the Service at the time of purchase.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Schedule Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users or the Service. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, by additional notice inside the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
