Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Smart Schedule Pro ("Smart Schedule Pro", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

Smart Schedule Pro is a scheduling application for independent professionals that helps organize in-person appointments, detect conflicts, and estimate travel between locations. Support contact: suportesmartschedule@therealteacherpaul.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information required to operate the Service:

• Account information: email address and authentication identifiers provided when you sign up or sign in.
• Profile and appointment data: contacts, appointments, addresses, notes, and preferences that you create inside the Service.
• Google Calendar data (only if you connect it): when you choose to connect your own Google Calendar, we access calendar list and event data from your Google Account (including event title, description, location, start/end time, and attendees) strictly to import and synchronize events into your Smart Schedule Pro agenda.
• Technical data: minimal logs required for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

3. Google User Data and Google Calendar

Smart Schedule Pro integrates with Google Calendar so that each user can connect their own Google Calendar account and import or synchronize their own events into Smart Schedule Pro. Connecting Google Calendar is optional and initiated explicitly by the user via OAuth.

When you connect your Google Calendar, we request the minimum scopes needed to read your calendar list and events so we can display, import, and keep your appointments in sync inside Smart Schedule Pro. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell Google user data, and we do not share Google user data with third parties except as strictly required to provide the Service to you (for example, secure hosting and database infrastructure operating on our behalf).

Smart Schedule Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve features of Smart Schedule Pro.
• Import, display, and synchronize your Google Calendar events inside the Service, when you have connected Google Calendar.
• Detect scheduling conflicts and suggest reorganization of appointments.
• Authenticate users, secure the Service, and prevent abuse.
• Respond to support requests you send us.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside of the Service's features.

5. Storage and Security

OAuth tokens and connection credentials are stored encrypted at rest. Access to user data is restricted through row-level security and server-side authorization checks. We use industry-standard measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or your Google user data. We may share information only with infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf (such as hosting, database, and authentication providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and appointment data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting suportesmartschedule@therealteacherpaul.com. Disconnecting Google Calendar from within the Service revokes our stored tokens for that connection.

8. Revoking Access

You can revoke Smart Schedule Pro's access to your Google Account at any time by visiting Google Account permissions or by using the "Disconnect" action inside the Settings page of Smart Schedule Pro.

9. Children

Smart Schedule Pro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, by additional notice inside the Service.
